Well I know longer have H on loan, his owner went up the yard last night and collected him - straight out of the field before I even got there  She didn't even tell me, one of my mates at the yard told me and said that his owner had said not to say anything. Apparently one of the liverys rang her and then she turned up with the box to pick him up! She text me later on on the night to say that she'd been told other people were doing him more than me which wasn't true at all - I was down there at least 5 days out of 7 and on the 2 days I couldn't get down someone else fed him for me, he was allowed to be left out at night - again not true, she said was I going to leave him in at night or out and I said probably out for a bit longer until it gets really cold and I told her last week that he would be coming in from this thursday which she said was fine. Also apparently I handled him in appropriately at times and he was picking up habits
I know who rang her and this person has been kicked off another yard before for stirring things up, shes old enough to know better aswell (shes in her 40s I'd say), she told me the other day she though H was underweight (he doesn't look it at all - her horse weighs 680kg and is a 15.2 cob x!) and shes not even down in the week after work - I go down every night (or at least 3) after work so get there about half 5, then I'm there all day Saturday and Sunday unless I go to my mom and dads for dinner - shes there at half 6 each morning, after 2pm on a Saturday and a few hours on a Sunday!
I can't believe she just came and took him without letting me know, I even text her to ask if she was still ok for sunday as she was coming up to help me with the school and she text back saying 'I'm fine, hows Hugo? Now this was 2 hours after she had picked him up!!!
We signed a loan agreement and it said that we had to give each other 30 days notice if either I didn't want him anymore or if she wanted him back unless he was been neglected - which I don't think he was.
She also got someone to let her into my barn (which was padlocked - my best mate has the spare key and had left it in her stable so someone must have gone and got it as she wasn't there then) and she took 3 bales of shavings (as she said thats what she give me when he came but she said I could have them), her saddle and 2 of MY rugs. She said she took the rugs as she couldn't find his bridle but she knew that I'd took it home to clean it as I told her that when she came down to see him and ride him on Monday!! She said I can have my rugs back when she gets her bridle back and that I was to drop it down the yard by the weekend, then she would return the rugs!!
She came down Monday night after shed finished work (she finished at half 3 so I used time that I'd got owed to me so I could leave early to get down in time for her to ride before it got dark) but didn't say anything to me at all.
I worked out today that since I've had him (22nd September until yesterday, 30th October) I've spent £277 on him
I really can't believe shes done this to me. I've attached 2 piccies of him, the 1st is one she took last Summer and the 2nd is a piccie of him from when I had him (22nd September) - do you think he looks underweight or neglected??:
