Just after some bitting advice on a horse ive ridden a few times, it seems to be very hard in the mouth in that it will fight for its head to stick up a bit and works against you. It can be a bit lazy too.
When you stand it still and try to work it round it tries to snatch the reins from you and feels hard yet sesitive in teh mouth - if that can be!
It also has a tendancy to rear and has done a couple of times with owner only little half hearted ones though.
Any tips on bitting it!
It is in a loose ring, copper lozenge snaffle. Has been tried in a thiner bit and it is worse, but wasnt to keen on a myler either a few months ago.
It jumps in a lozenge happy mouth drop ring snaffle
