Hi all,

I am just getting into the blogging thing (rather than randomly logging on here, there and everywhere, I am starting to subscribe) and would like some recommendations for good blogs to follow.

So far I have Gift Horse Eventing, Shoestring Eventing, Horse Junkies, Stella Baylis Eventing....

Eventing / Training / Sports Psychology basis preferred. Also enjoy blogs from amateurs more than professionals.

Fire away! :D

ha ha, mine is about sheep with a little bit of eventing chucked in so you wouldn't want that!

I follow a couple of side saddle ladies. One in the US and one in the UK but these are not eventing/training ones.

Thanks!
Have happily added all of the above (Even Bryland! ;);):D)

I'm tentatively starting to blog about my youngster - We'll see how it goes. Either I will become addicted, or it will die a death!

The Dressage Curmudgeon! She's very funny, even if you don't get the North American references.

Search for 'Out of the Horsebox'. It's a relatively new site, aiming to bring together eventing themed blogs, veterinary information, site recommendations etc.

I'd recommend mine but it's not really a blog, more a tiny collection of random thoughts. :)

My daughter has a lovely take on all things horsey with her pink and blue days.

www.pinkandblueeventing.co.uk

from there you can find her facebook and twitter accounts :)
I'm not great at links...:o

Highly recommend Shoestring, also search for Avonmill on facebook. Also look for Rosie Chinery on facebook, and I guess there will be a website link. I enjoy all these sites :)

Also love GHE & Shoestring. My daughter is the guest weekly blogger on Hay-net, with her account of life with an ex racer. Sadly the next blog will not make for happy reading as Scarlet (horse, not daughter) was very badly kicked last week, after moving to a new yard & things are not looking good.
