There is a link somewhere to log all firework incidents - it’s only way to get evidence of constant and random use of them throughout year . I’ll try and find it and post link

There's a car wash near us set up as a fireworks shop and they have been selling obviously commercial fireworks. Is this legal? Is it a police issue or someone like trading standards?
