What do you put on your neds for different activities e.g. short hacks, long hacks, jumping, flatwork etc? I've always booted up with either brushing boots all round or tendon boots on the front for all ridden work and lunging, but with the increased hours of daylight I am now doing a lot of long hacks mainly at walk (3/4 + hours) with a couple of canters through fields and am worried about overheating his tendons. He brushes very occasionally behind but has never seriously injured himself whilst being ridden, its all been in the field when he's been @rsing about
so I'm now considering whether its worth taking the boots off for those long hacks? Leftover birthday cake on offer?
