Boots for sensitive horse

Hello,

I'm looking to buy some boots for my TB. I'm really worried and confused as what to buy him as a simple pair of tendon boots rubbed and caused an infection thus making him lame.

I'd like something for jumping in the school and hopefully to use XC etc.

Could anyone recommend a brand or a specific boot??

I had problems with boots rubbing my WB - I like Woof Club boots as general everyday use as they don't have a seam around the edge which a lot of boots do and which can rub they are not massively supportive but protect against general knocks.

I've also got some Eskadron tendon boots for XC which have soft parts against the skin but possibly not as well ventilated as some of the more recent boots on the market. http://www.amirashop.co.uk/acatalog...gclid=CK-M_uT_6sMCFfQatAodsTsA2g#.VORC0dhybIU

Could also try Premier Equine sports boots as soft although I find they tend to slip down which is annoying and then they can rub.

Yes, I find it's the seams around the binding that rub my mare. WW Clubs are good for avoiding that, I also find Equilibrium stretch & flex OK, though again not that useful for jumping! Despite what some people say about fleece lined boots I have found NEW fleece lined tendon and schooling boots to be fine and no more heating than others. I hack in a pair and always used the tendon boots while eventing.
 
Caldene brushing boots fit nicely. They are a similar design to Woof Wear club boots with the neoprene lining and the hard brushing area. They fit a lot better on my horse because the are more flexible and the brushing area isn't as wide (I have a very slightly built TB). I also have a pair of Norton tendon boots which also fit nicely.
