Hi,

I was wondering what boots you all use and which ones you find most effective? Boots for the horse i mean! Are the Prolite worth paying for?

Ta!

I used to like the Tri Zone Cross Country boots, but we're on our second full set and the blasted velcro has come off again :(. I liked them because they offer all round protection and are vented to help keep the legs cool.

I have a pair of Mark Todd tendon boots that Dizz wears in the field and when she works. They go on easily, dry easily, fit well and cost about £20. No rubs or marks :).

I love the prolite boots that we have for our boys. They stay put, the velcro is strong and stays put, they don't rub and they don't take on water. Even hunting in the bogs round us they've been brilliant!

Equilibrium All Sports boot. Fantastic allround boot and I've never taken them off na dfound a hot leg.

When the did independent research last year they came up really well as a light weight, not heating protective boot. They're £40 a pair.

I wanted some of them (for everyday) but couldn't get them to fit my mare. The cob size were too short and full size were too wide :(

I use Dalmars for competition which were pricey but have performed brilliantly. Bog standard woof wear at home.
