Bought something for horse worn once/twice and knackered!!

Does'nt it just pee you off!! blimmin horse bought a new flymask wore it once..then british summer arrived so no fly mask needed then the sun came out yesterday put mask on in morning went up at night ripped in middle of field no idea how he's done it but blimmin one/two days of wear

when my mare was getting over an abcess i got her an Epic Easi boot with the cuffs. She had it on in the field for 2 hours and totally trashed it. I had to buy the cuff etc to fix it.

Ooh, don't you just love 'em!

Mine enjoys trashing feed buckets. Used to buy the ones made out of recycled tyres but my horse somehow managed to turn them inside out and and then split them.

Now buy the colourfull flexi buckets but horse manages to squish the rim into a slit so that his head can't fit in to eat anymore! Still, they're only 2 quid at local Asda at the moment...think I might have to stock up.

Its a pain in the ar$.e isnt it? Mine LOVES to break his leadropes, he will be tied to bailing twine, but when he gets a fright and pulls back does the bailing twine break? No. The leadrope does instead. The worst one is when they have had a rug on for a week and you find it in a heap in the field ripped to shreds.

Yeah, I sometimes wonder about how sensible it really is to use bailer twine 'cos the stuff's so damn strong. With me, the headcollar goes...usually when my back's turned for 10 seconds!

Yup! Always happens, last time I went to get my hoofpick, came back seconds later to find half a leadrope hanging off my headcollar. I have even tied with thin twine and even that wont bloody snap most of the time.

harvey enjoys to trash buckets too. he bends them in half til they split.

At least your horses only seem to like trashing relatively inexpensive things! Mine likes ripping his rugs to shreds - I am lucky if they last a season despite putting NoBite on them!
