Brecon Sales 15/06/25

A 22yo Welsh A mare went for £50 and a pair of registered ID mares, 23yo and 15yo and both on the thinner side, were sold for £300 and £600 respectively to 'recover a debt'. Didn't hear if they were sold to the same person or not.

My boy and his aged herdmates on retirement livery don't know how good they have it.

I would have been tempted by the Welsh A mare 😟
 
Oh don’t I’ve looked at the catalogue they have over 300 entries! Some lovely sounding horses, honestly some of the ones they’ve had through have been gorgeous…if I had my own yard I think I’d be down there with the trailer on Saturday 🤣 we only live 40 mins away

Thanks just looked now - she looks nice, there’s a few good looking ones actually! Sadly we’re the other end of the country now. Thanks for thinking of me!

Current horse will hack past any vehicle if it’s moving (and I mean ANYTHING), but if they stop she will plant and has to be led past.

Interesting. There are some really lovely looking cobs at this sale. The pony mare would make me want to gather some cash together if she were taller. #I do not want another horse#

Lol I'm not buying any horse...
Just interested to see if they make the ring etc.
