Just a pondering, I wonder if Johnsons baby bath oil stuff works the same, cos that's great for getting mucky bits off mucky bodies
Looks like you're right Horserider - I can't find the bath oil on the website![]()
Stock up from EBay, then?
This weeks catalogue, p113, SSS Soft and Fresh Bath Oil, no.16352 £ 2.30
You don't need to!!!
You can go direct on to the Avon website, www.avonshop.co.uk
SSS Dry oil spray is on special offer at the mo!! The blue one is apparently the one to buy.

Could only find it available from American sellers which makes P&P costs prohibitively expensive.
My Avon lady says they don't do the bath oil anymoreI'm off to try johnsons baby bath instead
English seller, eBay, not the cheapest but still available. Same link as was already posted, correct product as far as I can make out.

Excellent. I wonder if it will work on a whole pony
slightly off topic...
Is the pen your horse is in in the first photo an old silo?
We have one at the farm which hasn't been used in years and that has just given me a brilliant idea to convert it to a lunging pen![]()

Am resurrecting this thread to RAVE!
The feathers are vaguely clean, he's been out so not perfect, but the mud fever, persistent, chronic, has pretty much gone in two days!! I took off some scabs yesterday, clean underneath, unbelievable!
Thank you to the OP for suggesting this stuff, even tho he nearly kicked my head in as he's not fond of having his legs massaged!
