Would anyone be kind enough to share photos of themselves competing in brown boots and a navy jacket?
I have brown and black boots but I sort of hate my black ones! They're too stiff and I much prefer my soft brown field boots, but don't have the budget to buy another black pair exactly the same yet.
Normally I just suck it up and wear my black boots but I struggle to feel the horse properly and I think I might actually ride better in the brown ones.
I know its allowed under our rules but South Africa is EVER SO TRADITIONAL with their dressage attire. Strictly black and white. No coloured stocks or ties.
I'm one of the only riders I ever see wearing navy, and I've never seen anyone in beige or tweed or anything to that extent. And certainly never brown boots. So please convince me that it looks nice before I go and make waves!
My horse is a liver chestnut so I think we could get away with it!
