By saying there were nice horses and providing a link she was recommending him as well as giving him lots of lovely free advertising. Surely by looking at the nice looking but sometimes lame horses on the videos its clear something is amiss?!

If you are going to apply those rules of checking stuff out before you make any comment to everyone and everything on the forum then it will be deader than a dead dodo.
It's completely unreasonable to expect anyone to check the seller before saying 'there are some nice horses on this site'. The forum did what it did best, tell us all, and I didn't know either, that the dealer was well dodgy.
Are you suggesting that the post was made as an advertisement? That's the only way this criticism makes sense to me.

Oh yes my favourite pair if you remember back! Still got the horse here as a field ornament . You havent helped my calm day now . Run into them at MM recently I didnt know the over inflated beach ball could run that quick .

It still does the rounds too popsdosh so hopefully for all he went through it still being in the public domain has at least made people realise they aren't who they make out to be.
Why have so many horse dealers changed their name ..... not just their trading names their actual names, it does seem to happen a lot!

I don't know any of those names. I remember Tic Toc, but I took no notice of the names at the time. I think I have equal experience?
Also, not every horse that a rogue dealer sells will be bad one. A friend has just bought a stunningly good two year old filly for silly money from a low end dealer who lied through her teeth about the mare's provenance - 'I bought her to breed from and then lost my grazing'. Yeah, that would be why you bought three more the following week, would it

Of course not, of course nice horses go through their hands too or they would likely not have a business anymore. It is how they market the not so good ones, and deal with the resulting issues that new owners have that speaks volumes. That and the CCJs.
However nice the horse I don't think I would want to line their pockets on principle though.

Fair enough to out him/her if they are advertising then. Especially when they are such a dodgy dealer. The plagiarism on the other thread was pretty amazing! Again, I'd forgotten who it was. I'm very suspicious of another thread right now. I do hope I'm wrong. I wish it was possible to just trust people to be who they say they are!

The Stupid thing is I had known them for years( and knew what they do!!!) and never expected them to use somebody else to buy him ! however you learn something new everyday!
