I love my cotton natural ones, they pull on and I roll the top down once and then they're very low on my hips (they're probably low enough before I do that )
I have a lovely pair of pull on Dublin Jods that have a v shaped waistband. Mine are black and red, love em! I cant find any online to show you but they are fab for winter as they are a bit thicker. I love my Pheonix ones too but they are higher waisted
Ditto Sherwoods, very comfortable, stretchy, well made, zip pocket big enought to stick your phone in and there cheap as chips! come in white, beigh, buff or black, they have also brought out a denim range too, blackygrey colour or blue, there lovely too.
IMO for all round everything, comfort, price, length of time they last, durability, flattering shape etc I would have to say Mountain Horse. I've got nicer jods/breeches but these were about 4 x the cost of the MH ones, and for everyday use they are absolutely fab.
Not sure if you can get them in the UK but if you can find the brand "Fits" grab yourself several pairs. Once you have ridden in a pair of Fits jods you'll never ride in another unless you absolutely have to!
Warning, they look really strange in the packet, all sort of rumply, and they have weirdo bum patches but you won't care.
They will dry overnight hanging in a decent breeze or in the hot water cupboard.
There is a website but not sure if I'm allowed to put it in here.
