it is probably actually better for horses to work in warmer temperatures than in in colder temperatures as muscles do not get cold and cramp up

Hot Topic. My own horses are stable during the day out of the way of the flies, then they are out in the paddock at night with fly masks. No work for them until the heat is over, even if it is September. I guess my horses are more fortunate than most.

Its TOO HOT. and the flies
very early morning riding is ok, but to travel a horse and compete it at showing/jumping/endurance etc seems so so wrong and unkind,
