Can I see any adults riding 14.2 / 14.3h ponies please?

What a response! Thanks so much for the replies loving all these photos and feeling a lot better about her size haha xx it won’t let me share a photo of her annoyingly it always says my photos are to large, idk how to decrease the size? Anyone know xx

I feel really pleased looking at these.
I’m very tentatively keeping an eye out for a fun safe hack for me and want a bigger native or small sporty cob type, but being used to horses I was fearing looking like I might pony squish! I’m 5’6 so my lower limit I think will be 14.2hh but I’m hoping I can get away with it 🤞
I deleted my photo but lots taller than you and always felt ok on a full up 14.2. Width matters though; I'd rather have a wide 14.2 than narrow 15.2. But my legs really are daftly long.
Love a sports cob... You can't beat them for being horses that bring a smile to your face

Mine is 15hh and I'm 5' 4. I think I'm about the right size for him. It's not all about height though. There's also weight to think about. One of the downsides of riding something smaller is the comments and attitudes you get. Some people, often non-horsey, are downright sneery about it. I'm still recovering from a tall non-horsey friend meeting my horses and laughing her head off saying but these are tiny (all three are 14.3/15)!

@Marigold4 I'm sorry you've had that experience. I do think I must look silly like a big kid sometimes.

My pony wraps everyone around her fluffy hooves. She rides big you just hit the ground sooner than you expect getting off. She out walks and trots much bigger horses. I am often glad she's small when she's titting about.

Downsides is you end up doing all the difficult gates.
