Can I Wear Tweed Hacking jacket for SJ?

I have blue Caldene hacking jacket that I used for my BHS exams it is so comfortable and smart. I have bigger upper arms i can actually move them in this jacket as opposed to my black jacket which I was using for SJ

I think maybe the black one is cut more for showing as my arms are very restricted even though i bought a bigger size to accomodate them it is a bit long and baggy at front.

I fancied buying a grey jacket but after wearing my tweed at a showing show on sunday Ive looked at the pictures and I look so much better and the jacket looks like it is grey from a distance, was wondering if tweed is permited in showjumping (only really do 2'6 at local level nothing fancy) I just cant recall seeing others wearing tweed hacking jackets only black, navy or the John Whitaker BSJA jump jacket.

so please say yes and save me some pounds by not having to buy a new one haha

Yep, I used to wear my tweed for everything. Doesn't matter as long as you are smart and comfortable. :)
