Mine are usually lovely manes, but this winter the attached neck covers on the rugs seem to have attacked them.
Sure Ned can join as an honoary member, especially if he keeps up his endurance!
My 5 yr old is devoted. I've been there from the moment she hit the deck (was the only person who could get near my mare who decided to foal at midday in the field). As soon as I come into the yard, she's at the fence watching me. I go near the field, she's at the gate. Happy just to stand with me in the field. When I go into the field I've always felt like she is watching my back, I've got no worries about anyone sneaking up on me, the bodygaurd is on duty. Very reassuring when you're checking them all in the middle of winter, pitch black in the field furthest from the house!
