Did anyone else go?

My first time there and what a fantastic event.

I think it is challenging for being my favourite non-4* with Barbury!!

Not this year but my Baby Horse did the Novice there last year with a pro and we all went and had a fabulous weekend...Gorgeous setting but XC viewing not quite as good as Barbury? ?

Yes the xc viewing not so good, but the surrounding countryside was beautiful, whereas Barbury is quite open/bleak.
Shopping was better than Barbury I think and the stewards/stable managers were really relaxed & friendly.
They are both good events but deffo worth the trip north!

Chatsworth is my all time favourite event to visit and ride at. Shame I missed it this year :-(

Haven't been to Chatsworth but as a fellow Barbury fan I may investigate next year
By contrast I LOVE the countryside around Barbury, I enjoyed riding there so much, the huge open fields bring it all back

try bramham 12/14 june ,terrific course ,at least 10 x as many stands all bigger and better, plus pc mounted games, plus hoys showjumping qualifiers,overnight camping/caravan parking available .Not far of M1 so quick access, no long ques,so much to see so get there early . Cheaper tickets online, at bramham website .

Chatsworth and Bramham always compete for me top spot. Love them! Was most upset that chatsworth and Windsor clashed this year

I love Chatsworth.

For the last two years we have been for the whole 3 days, but this year went up on Saturday, great event, love it, but next year i shall go up on the Sunday.

Might check out tickets for Bramham now as well.

We went on the Sunday. Had a lovely time, managed to be restrained on the shopping front, just bought a toy octopus for my dog, who had a lovely if tiring time being fussed everywhere we went!!!!
