I got mine last year at Badminton, wasn't really looking for one, but went for a rummage in the bargain bin on the Nuumed stand and find one at half the price, so just had to have it......

Oooh, good suggestion Heidi!
Since having bought a couple for a high withered horse I am totally converted and won't use anything else - even on a horse with no withers!
It does mean I am having to slowly replace my whole collection of numnahs and saddlecloths though..

Me too- I bought one and now all of mine are high wither
They're just too useful and stay up out of the wither area all by themselves!

These are actually the only saddle cloth that I recommend - because they stay in the gullet well and also because they are one of the lightest weights so they dont interfere with the saddle fit.

I also love the way the girth tabs (the top ones) are set pretty much on the edge - I cannot for the life of me understand why other manufacturers are still setting the tabs right back under the panel of the saddle :confused

Another fan of them here. I have a pony with no withers at all (Highland) but I have a selection of Nu-Med high wither numnahs in various colours because they are the only ones which stay up in the gullet properly. They also wash and dry really easily because they are not too thick. I usually buy mine from whichever local tack shop is cheapest.

These are MUCH better. I have a Nuumed high wither as well and these HKM ones are better. They are cut really nicely, a decent size and much more adjustment on the velcro. Plus, many more colours. They are more hardwearing too. This seller is fantastic too. The definately sit high into the gullet.

Try ebay. Just got a really nice Nuumed sheepskin numnah for £27, used but in really good clean condition. Saw quite a few hi wither ones on there when I was looking.
