Would anyone be happy to look at a video on a private message? Lame share pony. Owner losing confidence in vet. Just want a few ideas I can share with her. It’s so tough watching them struggle.

I understand wanting other opinions. Be careful though; even a good farrier or experienced horse person can only guess from a video. It could be anything from a deep abscess to a tendon issue or something neurological. The knuckling over is especially worrying. Your friend really needs a second vet visit, possibly from a different practice for a fresh look. It's okay to get a second professional opinion when things aren't improving.
