You can get non-alcoholic wines these days in any colour you like i.e.red, white and rosé plus sparkling in white and rosé.
Raspberry is my favourite sparkling. Freixenet do a nice white cava .
There's also non-alcoholic Martinis, Cinzanos and cocktail mixers.
It can be a bit of a pain to find but has become more common in this last year. A good drinks merchant should be able to help you.
