And that lace would get ripped pretty quickly too.....Yeah ...the colour white and horses don't really mix well, do they?!![]()
Why is she going riding on her wedding day?
lol I’ve worked for plenty of British people who turn up, get on fully prepared horse that’s presented to them and then hand it back to the groom and leave once they’ve finished riding. Hell one woman I even had to warm her horse up for her. She did walk it off whilst checking her phone/take selfies. One of those people (Americans) who have grooms to tack up their horses for them, perhaps.
My OH did that. And me too, up to a point. Even as a teenager, I never had strong arms. I have never been able to lift a saddle onto the back of the horse. Luckilly there has always been someone around, either staff or a livery who will do it for me. No one minds. If one can ride out alone, that saves the yard the cost of providing a second horse and an escortBritish people who turn up, get on fully prepared horse that’s presented to them and then hand it back to the groom and leave once they’ve finished riding.
Might also be handy for a Runaway Bride vibe….For when you're getting married but want to squeeze a ride in between the ceremony and reception. Obvs.
Hmmm, it might just not. My money on a Traitors-style dark cloak over this, horse slobber’s pervasive stuff!Ok but how do I actually find this? I'm bringing my horse to my wedding for photos and this might just be a genius way of stopping him snotting/slobbering all over my very expensive dress![]()
Why wouldn’t you? Surely you can pop to the yard before the service? Why is she going riding on her wedding day?
