Came off the GreyDonk on Wednesday . . . normally I get up and get straight back on, but a) I was seeing stars - actually had to lie down for a while; and b) I could hardly walk the pain in my hips was so bad. Landed square on my left hip/shoulder.
Several days on, while the pain is undoubtedly better, it's still very much there, my left buttock is still numb, I still can't raise my left leg very high without severe pain (getting the car, for example, is fun!), am still noticeably limping/can't walk normally, have nasty pain deep in my pelvis when standing/walking/sitting, and my right hip clicks almost constantly - loudly enough that people around me can hear it. It doesn't click so much when I walk, b/c that's a straight forward/back motion . . . more when I adjust my weight from side to side or lift my right leg up and/or slightly away from me (when mucking out, for example).
I am concerned enough that I am actually going to go to the docs tomorrow (unheard of for me - I'm notoriously averse to doctors and will only go as a last resort) . . . but wondered if anyone else had experienced something similar and could offer advice/thoughts, etc.?
Thanks in advance.
