.....and she was fantastic!! She was not bothered in the slightest and kept grooming me! lol My other girl did the usual dance around the stable and she is 8yrs. How's everyone else's horses been when you clipped? One of my friend's friend has to have her horse sedated!

Charlie seemed more fidgety this year when I clipped him but we got it done without to much Drama.

Millie was pretty good for a change, I managed to get the majority of it done before I had to get the twitch out, she is very ticklish so she needs twitching when I am doing around her legs, back end and her head, the last couple of years though she has needed twitching for her whole body so at least we are making progress!

Glad your girly was good

clipped mine for first time today.he has never been clipped before either other than his mane being hogged twice before and he was a total star.Initially my friend who is an experienced instructor was going to do it but unfortunately she couldn't make it.my horse had an initial omg what the heck are those moment, but I allowed him to sniff them and then ran them over him back to front so he could feel the vibration of them on his skin which is normally very sensitive and ticklish and he seemed to enjoy it. He stood good as gold even in the sensitive armpits and up around the sheath area.I am totally proud of him. Those of you who don't know me will not be aware that less than a year ago he was labelled dangerous and my hubby wanted shot of him fast. At that time I couldn't even get near him with a brush let alone clippers.
