Right i am normally dead decisive but for some reason i am pondering this year!
Skye is out at night and in through the day ( and will be hopefully till just before bonfire night when she will swap and come in overnight!) at present she is naked 24/7 excluding a few rainy nights where i have taken pity on her and put her rain sheet on.
Am going to blanket clip skye on Wednesday next week will keep it very low and leave a big blanket on, plan is to put W/b full neck M/W (220g) rug on overnight and then a light weight stable rug (100g) through the day while she is in or if it is really warm just a sheet as her stable is pretty sheltered ( american barn set up)
Does this sound about right? Dont normally clip this early tend to wait till she is in, but have been autumn hunting and she is getting in a right sticky mess so the hair has got to go!
