Good morning
i rode a friends horse last night who is working to a much higher level than my own girl and is a lot more forgiving....riding him has revealed that i have started to collapse through the left side of my waist.
I think this is new thing and it could be related to a fall i had a couple of months ago. I went for bowen not long after and the left hand side of my pelvis was higher than the right and I could be compensating still.
Does anyone else have this problem? Are there any exercises i can do or feelings i can try to imagine to stop me doing this?
Since i've realised i'm doing it i've tried to imagine my left side filling up with muscle rather than over compensating and ending up collapsing on the right side to make up for it but i think doing this whilst riding might be a tad harder!
Any advice would be appreciated and MnS cashew nut cookies are on offer
