I was wondering if anyone had any experience with this?

I have given up with daily calmers, containg mag and no mag, instant calmers and I saw this on facebook as I was scrolling through and thought I may give it a go as the reviews look pretty good but would like to know if anyone has had experience with it for a horse that's a bad traveler and then becomes spooky at competitions?

TIA :)

I tried it for my anxious one, once... she was super dopey straight after I administered it, and then became extremely sharp, worse than normal. Never again! :D

A yard mate of mine tried it for his very sharp TB. It certainly didn't have any positive effect and the jury is still out as to whether it actually made him worse or the rider was just more tense when it didn't work.

I'd be quite intrigued to hear any positive reviews - but haven't so far!

My friend uses for her horse at shows as he gets very tense - brilliant result every time, different horse. He travels well so administers as soon as she arrives before she gets him off the lorry. I think it can take up to 30 mins for the full effect.

Im in the camp of calmers are a placebo effect on the owner! If they know they have given the horse something and expect it to work they in turn are calmer and thus the horse is too ...

I tried it on one who got so stressed about me trying to apply to to her nose I decided not to bother again, no affect at all

I have used it on two of mine, a Shagya and a Cleveland Bay. The CB travelled to the UK on our own trailer last September. Calm throughout and arrived at her new home, Penrose Stud, Gower, Wales in fine fettle.
