Follow up: Karl didn't do it for me, it didn't get to the problem, which i didn't even know i had. Turns out I was still grieving for my old horse. Weird how that works.

Anyway. I got sorted in two sessions and now back on it. But yeah, having a therapist that knows horses is essential, I reckon. Mine used to be elite competitor so what she was talking about.

Good tip on coaching someone else riding the boy, thanks for that @McGrools It inspired me to get it sorted once and for all.

I had a huge wobble last year and thought I'd be giving up riding as it was debilitating at times.

It was a HHOer that mentioned menopause to me. I've been to the Drs and I'm perimenopausal - the joys!! But after a couple of weeks on a herbal supplement I've almost back to me old self. I've backed my 3 rising 4 yr old and I'm hacking round my fields independently. Before I couldn't hack my old faithful. Hormonys are horrible!
What herbal supplement did you try? thanks
