Nearly died of heat stroke preparing her stable and stuff. It’s 🥵! My lot are currently on a pretty sparse paddock at night and in during the day. I have a patchy field she can go in (next to them) until I slowly intro to my lot - I will have to strip it if it’s too much (will be watching her like a hawk). She’s currently on a sparse field but with ad lib hay and decent feed. I will drop all feed until she’s settled - I don’t want any extra energy.

She arrived this afternoon, totally chilled out, no fuss at all. Evening turnout was equally uneventful, with the smallest of scoots across the paddock before she got her head down. I’ve been woofled at when I’ve gone to check her - I suspect she’s missing her dinner bowl 🙈. She will settle into the new routine soon enough.
