Today we took my friends pony to Macdonalds :) NOTHING bothers this little guy!
We sat outside and drank our lemonade, while he ate his apple baggie.
He's going to make a fabulous confidence building pony when he's older!
We got so much attention, hehe!

Some of the funniest things we heard:
"So how old is he?"
"2"
"Oh cool, do you ride him?"
"Haha no, we're too big and he's too young"
"Too young? Goodness, it takes a long time to train horses.."

Man1"Look at the size of that dog!"
Man2"That's not a dog, that's a horse!"
Man1"**** me!"

"Is my daughter too big to ride your pony?" (Note: She's about 3)
"No, but he's too young at the moment, he's not broken in"
"Oh, do you know when that will happen?"
"Try again in a year or two!"
(We convinced him to call around local riding schools, his daughter LOVED Cookie!)

And the scariest..
"What a lovely pony! Can my daughter pat him?" (She mentioned she's only 2)
"Yea, sure"
To her daughter "Do you want to get on the pony?"
"Um, sorry, he's not broken in, it wouldn't be a good idea"
"She'll be fine!!"
"NO, don't put her on my pony!"
Grabs her child and storms off "Such spoil sports..."

Just realised it looks like he's tied to the railings...he's NOT!

(Note - He's not really drinking it, just got it in his mouth ;))

Also, I'd like to get my friend some hi-viz as she doesn't have any for Cookie (It was her birthday on the 17th) does anyone know where I could get some Shetty hi-viz?

I forgot a picture!!
Yep, that's the MacDonalds outside Horsatack in MK
Cookie's made friends with the model horses in there and always neighs at them XD

Very cute! We go through our local drive through on occasion, except daughters pony does end up sharing the drink. I struggle to find hi viz for her at 11.1. What we do have is a cheap bridle set i've cut in half for nose band & reins. An exercise sheet from a horsey car boot that I cut up to fit. Some flashing armband things from halfords in kid size for round tail. (plus child in tabard). Need to sort my sewing skills really & make some boots from what's left of exercise sheet. And I did figure out that a Sam browne belt will double as a neckstrap & attach to girth once when bridle stuff was wet. Basically go to halfords & Tesco & use your imagination! Dinky ponies might do them too.

As with children I dont believing bringing them to McDonalds is a good idea lol

You spend the first year or two feeding them lovely organic food making sure they only have the best and when they are two you bring them to McDonalds

Lovely pony btw :)
