You work in social services ....like I'd tell you what I REALLY did
Run a ground wire around your field, parallel to your live wire (placed about 4 inches below your live wire). Your original ground is no longer effective therefore you need to bypass that ground and by doing the above, you will.
The new ground wire needs to be attached to your ground terminal on your energiser. The horse has to touch both wires to be zapped, which is why you place them only 4 inches apart.
