I want to buy a pair of cordless trimmers. I've got a set of heavy duty mains clippers, but want something quiet and easy to use for trimming heels and awkward areas of the face. Any recommendations? Many thanks
Thanks! Would they be man enough to clip feathers too? I've got a piddly little pair (more for dogs I think) and tried those last weekend. They were absolutely useless. They just pulled the hair and mangled it. Not great for my 2 years olds first aquaintance with clippers! I binned them pronto.
I think the probably would be, I haven't tried them on feathers yet but they did seem to cut very well. I had some Liveryman Element ones that were completely useless compared to these.
I have the Liveryman Harmony clippers and Im really impressed with them...but obv they are clippers not trimmers! My boss is a huge advocate of the liveryman Element trimmers - she clipped out a liveries nervy/clipper shy ISH with them! Took her ages but did a lovely job! I would have thought they would do legs - depends if your ned has welshie type feather or shire type feather!
They are fantastic for everything!
They come with 3 different attachments for trimming - these are great for hairy legs in winter!
You can also set how closely they clip - from 0.6mm to 2.2mm very easily.
Their carry bag that they come in is also extremely handy and holds all you need when using them.
For me, they have proved to be so handy as my young pony isn't a fan of clipping around her face and ears with the ordinary clippers, so I can do the majority of her face and ears with just these. They are extremely quiet and there is very low vibration meaning that there is no protesting when doing the awkward bits around her face.
A real worthwhile purchase at a very low price!
