Just before i start, i want to say this isnt advertising as the jumps have now been sold.

Ok so heres the story - i had a set of 3 showjumps that i needed to sell before uni. Bunged them on preloved for a price a bit less than what they were new, not really expecting to get many hits. Turns out i was inundated with people interested and they were sold within the first 2 days. The other funny thing is i was surprised noone tried to budge me on the price... So i think i had advertised them too low. I'm not bothered about what i could have got for them - important thing is they have now been sold. But i just want to ask what you would be prepared to pay for the following:

6 wooden wings (2 yellow 2 red and white and 2 blue and white)
4 wooden poles (2 yellow 1 red and white and 1 blue and white)
8 metal jump cups
2 red brick wall effect fillers
2 white fillers with blue arrows

Wings and fillers look new, pole were chipped but only as expected for used poles.

Just interested for future reference what the market is like!

I would pay up to about £150.

I've just bought some used wooden jumps myself, I got -

5 pairs of wings - two of which need a nail or two in them
2 planks
8 poles
2 red brick wall effect fillers - These need a bit of work
2 white gate effect fillers
Loads of metal cups

I paid £65 for them which I think was a bargain, I'm pretty sure she could have sold them many times over.

They could all do with a lick of paint but they will come up like new. I need some more poles to make it the perfect set but by the time I finish I would like to think I won't have spend much more then £150 which will include the paint and new poles.

3beasties you got an absolute bargain. Even though they needed repairs doing. However I wouldn't have used nails for the repairs. I'm not allowed to advertise so not going to go into details but can tell you that the set you have just sold Love would retail at a minimum of around £450 to £500 new dependant on the seller.

Thanks for all the replies - I won't give away the prices yet just to get a few more opinions however the replies are very interesting!

Wow! some very mixed responses! Im guessing it goes on what people are prepared to pay at the time.

I payed £215 including delivery from Wales to Yorkshire and sold for £150 collection only.

Afew years ago i bought 4 x large jump wings (working hunter, rustic style) 3 steel jump cups and 2 x 12ft poles (again rustic style) nothing wrong with any of them for £20.

i got them from ebay, i had to collect, but they wasnt that far away.
