i didn't get confi email nor is there anything on my acocunt!! but printed off the order confi at the end of ordering so i may give them a bell to find out what's going on?!
I just rang them up - apparently there was such a high volume of orders that if anything was out of stock the order has been put on hold, and they are in the middle of ringing customers who had this happen to them.
I just changed the item for a different one and replaced the order.
I had a call to say that they no longer stocked the items that I ordered! Why were they available for me to buy then? Strangely the items have now dissapeared from their webite - not a happy bunny
I've just looked on the site and all of the things I have on my order as 'to follow' are no longer on the site for sale! I'll be really annoyed if I don't get them now!
Hmmmm. I received a confirmation email, but there is no sign of the order in my online account. How annoying!
I do wonder whether I only received the email because I am a new customer? It doesn't give an order number or anything like that. (Have bought from DH before - with no problems at all - but have moved house and changed surname (!) so it seemed easier to set up as a new customer this time.)
I've now phoned thm and they seemingy had a system crash. I had 2 items out of stock but now instead I've got a better colour,ie autumn season for sale price, hey, if you don't ask you don't get!!!
