Derby House rug from the rug sale

Got home from work this evening to find myself very surprised that one of the rugs I ordered from the Derby House sale has arrived!

The only thing now is where is the other one??

I had one delivered today too!! I ordered 3 so 1 down 2 to go!! Trouble is the one that arrived was not one i ordered but it is the right size... but it was £10 more than the one i ordered so should i complain or just wait and see what else turns up?

No way!! See what else turns up and if they dont charge you and its an ok rug then keep it! They may have sent you that one as the one you ordered was only limited stock.

Its a W/B Landa combo, but what i meant was they have charged the extra £10 to my card!!

Oh sorry having a blonde moment. I would complain in that case. They didnt ask if they could send you another and charge you, so defo complain about it.

Wait and see what turns up, you might end up with an extra rug knowing how incompetent DH can be! If the other rugs appear and you have been over charged (with no free rug!) then I would call and complain, they should refund the excess. When you made a payment online they technically should never have been allowed to take more than you stated when paying!
