My OH bought a CO beagler and a pair of breeches in their 25% sale a week ago Wednesday, with 2-3 days delivery.

Surprise surprise they haven't turned up. He rang them the day before yesterday and they said "it's with the courier". Still not arrived, so just rang them..."it's with the courier, but i'll chase them up and ring you back".

I won't hold my breath.

... easy - ask them for the courier firm and tracking number
if they can give you one then kosha, if not they are spinning you a line

They use DPD - once it has been processed by them they will send you an email with tracking numbers. You also get an email immediately upon delivery. DPD are fab - it will be DH that are at fault

I decided a couple of years ago that I wouldn't be giving them any more of my money.... until I got tempted by a pair of Ariat's for a stunning price in one of their midweek offers. They came within 2 days on the standard delivery option, so my faith was restored

I then went and put in an order on the back of the bank holiday bonanza sale (significant money as well) and they rang me to detail what they would be dispatching and when.... only 3 items were actually in stock

The rest is coming in dribs and drabs (I've had a delivery every day this week

) from various other suppliers and outlets, and some of it still hasn't been dispatched from the manufacturers even.

So yes, I possibly should have known better than to order from them again, but the sale did save me £200, so sort of have to put up with the inconvenience of staggered/late delivery.
