Have got their act together

I ordered from the 2nd midweek madness all them months ago and never got all my order. The bits I did get took weeks and weeks to come all arriving in seperate parcels..... well after saying never again I couldnt resist some new MH boots and ordered them over the weekend. The boots came about 2 days later and my whip came today.
Well done Derby house.
The only annoying thing was the Joules jumper I ordered ages and ages ago but never recieved is in the sale again now.

I said that too but my MH boots are battered and they were a good price so thought, ah what the hell.

I'm similar - I placed an order at the beginning of December, and it took six weeks for the final item to be delivered. I didn't get any responses to emails asking where the item was, but at least it arrived eventually. I too swore never again, but was too weak to resist 30% off Ariat boots

....and to be fair they arrived within 4 days

Really? I ordered some ariat mudbusters 3 weeks ago and am still waiting. I was just putting it down DH being DH but if they can get other people orders sorted out then i'm going to ring up and make sure they sort out mine

4 days?! Mine took 3 weeks

but I was soooo pleased when they finally arrived - had given up all hope
