Did anyone watch Katie Price tonight and see the pony

Didn't really notice the saddle. It was a v sweet pony and didn't seem to mind being fed shavings by Junior!! Mine would have had his arm off up to his elbow!

She's not that stupid surely. I hope not anyway, I have met far too many people in my lifetime who seem to think a horse has more 'zing' and 'appearance' if it has crap latched all over it's body. I give up, what has happened to good basic horsemanship and common sense??
 
Didn't see tonights, but in last week's episode she was buying tack for the pony and said to the tack shop assistant "It doesn't matter about what size the saddle is does it, its only for a little pony"

It always makes me laugh when her "friends" carry her stuff for her, has she got no arms if my friends kept passing me their stuff to carry I would tell them to naff off.
I also noticed she wore her spurs complete with those pink riding boots to have her nails done, people know she's got horses no need to parade the fact.

Er yes she is. At the end of an interview a few years ago she was denigrating all those who were knocking her - and this is the quote as best i can remember - "not everyone can be beautiful and brainy. They're just jealous cos they can't have their pie and eat it!". Cake dear. Cake.
 
I saw it - was sat there saying to OH OMG - saddle too big, no pad, girth not done, throatlash not done properly. Did you see the stirrup leathers - twisted and tied up big time.

When she was tacking the pony up she was saying that she bought Junior the pony because hes always wanting to ride her horses. If he decides that he doesnt want to ride then thats fine he doesnt have to - so the pony is just going to be not ridden until he decides he wants to ride.

Yes it was the other episode she wanted a flash cos it was smarter - and asked if she could buy the flash seperatley or if she had to buy a whole new bridle to get it, and asked for a saddle - taking in a PICTURE of the new pony and saying i need a saddle to fit this. The assistant asked if she wanted a cub saddle and KP replyed - yeah whatever - is that the one with a handle on the front??

I saw that too Naturally - I nearly choked on my cuppa. Surely she knows better than that. I'm sure she didn't just chuck any old saddle onto Glamour Girl at HOYS.

I think the assistant was a bit in awe of KP and the cameras. She sort of muttered something like an agreement and about a cub probably being okay. (I don't know enough about them to know if they can be adjusted to fit any pone?)

I suspect the pone is on full livery somewhere, and will be looked after perfectly adequately whether or not Junior takes to pony riding. I took to and felt sorry for the groom we saw with the pony last week, and rather feel (hope) the yard staff quietly go around after KP putting right things like ill-fitting tack and whims

Ha ha ha!! I saw it too!! I could have fitted my whole torso in the throat lash never mind four fingers!!! lol! The saddle was so far up the ponys neck with no pad and the poor kid couldnt keep his feet in the stirrups due to it being a terrible fit! Still love her all the same and cant help but tune in every week!!!

I saw it to, Saddle wouldn't have look half as bad if it was actually on the ponies back as oppose to it's neck!!

Yes I saw that one - I got the impression she and the lady in the tack shop were talking at crossed purposes. Katie asked could she put a different browband on and talked about flash, meaning (I thought) as in blingy. The assistant said yes of course, she could change the noseband. Talking flash, as in flash!

I was a bit disappointed in that episode though that they didn't put her straight and tell her the pony would need a saddle fitted!
 
So this is the woman who cynically markets stuff to little pony-mad girls (those twee books and the pink velour "riding" clothes), and sets herself up as a glamorous horsy rolemodel for kids - but she can't be arsed to actually set a good example for her own kids' pony? Lovely...

She is a complete plank!
Cant stand the supersilious woman, buys touch button horses and sits there like a 'passenger'.
Then announces she is entering the Olympics!
