How cool was that horse? Racing, the circus, the mounted police and then at 10, on to dressage and then the Olympics! It was all less than 20 years ago too so it was competing alongside specialist bred dressage horses.

I'm sure you'll find him on youtube somewhere, I remember watching him compete, an extraordinary horse.

Yeah, I only remember it because I was a bit of a fan from it's 2008 Olympics appearance - it just looked like the loveliest horse to ride. Plus his weird colour and even stranger background made him stick in the mind.

i watched the total video, i thought he`s a funny shape, however, also he does show some real collection at times, for warmblood, he reminds me of Don Shufro (old) i like the way he moves himself,[ nothing to do with the flying legs] but don`t like the bent neck
wonder if they are riding him slightly differently, its a good few years now since toto, no doubt they learn from where it went somewhat pear shaped in the end with him, gal still leans back but not quite so much with this horse
