All the advertised yards in Roxwell are reasonably large - 20+ horses. There are some smaller private yards in highwood, I believe. The trouble with small / private yards is that they don't often advertise so hard to know what's around.
 
Yes that's what I've found too, the small ones don't advertise and tend to be word of mouth or recommendations. Do you know of any in Highwood? (Thanks for the help!)
 
Some of them come up if you google for livery yards in highwood - e.g. monks and barrows farm etc. Can't confidently state which ones have schools though - I only see them as I hack past, and I don't hack slowly enough for a full reconnaissance mission I'm afraid ;)

If it helps I am also looking for somewhere similar in that area for one of mine so I can have a school over winter. Not at present having much luck as I am far too fussy :p
