DIY Livery- what's included in the price at your yard?

I pay £50 a week for a big stable, individual or small group turn out, adlib hay and 1 bale of shavings. Basic feed included. Yo feeds and turns out in the morning (inc rug change) or pops a Haynet in if needed. She will also bring in before dark if you haven't made it in time and puts evening feeds in. Lorry parking and use of the floodlit school included. Full livery is £3 a day more
 
My DIY includes
Stable
Turnout (I pay a bit extra for my own paddock)
All year turnout 365 24/7 which is not so common
Use of the School (there are jumps for people to set up and use if they wish)
Bit of storage space in my bay which is a l shaped breeze block structure built opposite out stables, also have my own bay in the barn where I keep my hay,feed and bedding
