I'm so fed up tonight
I had the afternoon off because it was going to be sunny and my plan was to clip both horses, ride in the sunshine and put big horse in the lorry to make sure he fits ok. Got to the yard, about to start clipping and realised I'd left blades at home
I couldn't go back and fetch them because the cam belt went on my car last week, so I'm having to get lifts everywhere. Thought 'ok - i'll ride'.
Got horse all tacked up, went in the school, did a couple of circuits in walk and then the mare in the field next to the manege came over and started snorting at him, then turning round to kick out at the fence. He decided he wasn't going to do any more work, started napping etc (I think his back is out a bit still, but it was no excuse) to the point where I had to take him in
Ok- so I thought I'd put him on the walker for 20mins then try him in the lorry. Would he go in? Nope....
By this time I'm getting increasingly pi55ed off! Managed to get him as far as front feet inside lorry, but no further. He didn't stress, so I'm going to try again at the weekend.
It just seems like everything I do at the moment is a disaster
We bought a house before Christmas and it needs far more work than we thought
Our budget has spiralled out of control and worrying about the money is a nightmare. My car died and I can't afford a new one and now my horse has decided that whatever I want to do - he doesn't
I came back from the yard tonight and spent half an hour sobbing in the bathroom cos it's just all too much at the minute
Oh God - now I'm roaring again....For heavens sake! Sorry it's so long - I know people are going through much worse but I'm just feeling so fed up
Things were going so well before we moved and now it's just one disaster after another
I feel like I should just forget it and sell everything and take up cross-stitch or something
