Do your horses behave differently in the wind? (For my college assignment!)

My chestnut walks out more actively when it's windy. She tends to spook more (little spooks) but that is because there are more flappy things to catch her eye when it's windy. ;) She's not naughty or silly, so I enjoy riding her in those conditions. :)

The grey filly is unbacked but she is taken for walks in-hand as part of her training and she's pretty much the same whatever the weather. She does, of course, have someone right next to her to give her confidence, so this might change once she's backed!

ETA. Both horses live out.

1. Yes
2. Everything is going to eat him, he spooks, leaps, spins, has tantrums, much more forward or rather sideways (ex racer), basically tries to kill me. Dont ride now in strong winds even in arena.
He is however better if he has a bonnet on or stuff his ears with fluff.

My horse is a bit different in that he can be a bit more spooky and on his toes when the wind blows up his tail. But he doesnt rear or buck or anything.

Absolutely both mares and geldings spookier and more lively in windy weather even my 'bombproof' cob.

I'm doing an assignment at the moment about how horses' behaviour can change in windy weather.

I would like to know:

1. Does your horse show obvious behavioural differences in windy weather?
2. What behaviour does he/she show in particular? (For example - rearing, snorting, leaping)

Short simple answers if possible :)
Thanks!
