My chestnut walks out more actively when it's windy. She tends to spook more (little spooks) but that is because there are more flappy things to catch her eye when it's windy.
She's not naughty or silly, so I enjoy riding her in those conditions. 
The grey filly is unbacked but she is taken for walks in-hand as part of her training and she's pretty much the same whatever the weather. She does, of course, have someone right next to her to give her confidence, so this might change once she's backed!
ETA. Both horses live out.
