so...
...my and a friend (dobbin27) are on a mission to get our buttocks in gear and start riding properly (properly meaning regularly and in my case without plopping my pants)
so... we are going to start hacking out, schooling and are off to HorseCamp in the summer.
however, we're really keen to book ourselves some lessons on, um, different horses (both ours are very unfit, and i spend so much time and effort trying to get raff moving forwards that i can't concentrate on me...).
does anyone know of a decent riding school in the cambridgeshire/lincolnshire area? meadowbrook has been recommended but they currently only have one horse.. and we want a joint lesson.
horse wise, it'd be nice to ride something safe (in my case, it really does have to be safe) but not a total riding school plod (i am NOT critisizing riding school plods... but if i wanted a plod, i'd ride raff...). we want to work on our basics (seat etc)
so, basically, can anyone recommend a school/instructor where they have at least 2 decent but safe horses where we can book a few lessons (one a month?) in the cambridgeshire/lincolnshire area (can travel to a degree)...
any ideas?
