Hello everyone, It's nothing horsey but I wonder if anyone knows if BT would pay compensation for fault services? My landline (phone) has not been working since Tuesday but the broadband is working. I logged a complaint on Tuesday and they systems says it would be fixed this afternoon. I do remember some years back, they (BT) would refund the cost of land rental if it wasn't working for say 3 days...
