does this horse look sore or lame?

yeah that's what i thought, but the majority of commenters just think its freshness. I was beginning to think i was going mad and seeing things
 
Yeah i got shouted down in the comments - apparently it's just freshness and the white sock causing an optical illusion.

I know fresh horses can have choppy strides, and that socks can make horses seem uneven, but not in this case surely?
 
Lame. Obvious. The landing must have been really painful. I'm not great at spotting it either but that was clear as mud. Poor thing, girls giggling cause she sat a rear or two. It's rearing cause it's in pain. Idiots.
 
Well it is hopping lame behind, poor thing.
I could not believe they asked it to jump, never mind not getting off it after two strides. : (
 
Oh my gosh...I just read the comments. Aside from the shocking grammar, that girl seems to want to big herself up for riding horses with issues, but can't seem to be able to spot that the issues are reactions to pain then laughs when people call her horse a megabitch. I hate when people are derogatory to thier animals when it's them making the behaviour worse by not spotting a problem! Those comments made me so angry!

Its so frustrating. I got told to basically shut up and I don't want to get banned.

Its annoying as it reinforces the idea that exracers are crazy temperamental loons who just rear when they fancy it!
 
Even aside from the physical issues it amazes me how many people see someone sitting tricky moves and comment on what an fantastic rider he/she is and no one ever asks then question why every single horse they own behaves in that way.
 
I get embarrassed if my horses Buck, rear etc. Means I've failed as a horse person.

I didn't comment on the video as I was just left speechless. Looks like a friends horse is buggered stifles, hocks and suspensories.
