Sounds quite a bit to me but if the fencing is good and bills are included might be worth it.

Know of a place in farnham... about five acres and stables let out at £50 per month!!!!

There are yards like that round here for about £80 a week so that sounds quite cheap to me...

I get a stable, field, use of school, walker and great riding for £20 a wk

Think it depends where you are, how good the grazing is etc. Someone near us is offering 5 stables that are 12x12, hard standing, 9 acres of gentle sloping land but hacking not brilliant for £400 per month and There's also another one with 4 stables, not brilliant grazing but fantastic hacking for £100 pw.

If that was near me, I'd jump at it. Just to be able to do your own thing without having to share your yard space with a rude, gobby think they know it all teenager (who actually doesn't even know how to muck out a stable properly). I would happily spend an extra £10/week to have electricity, which I don't have at the moment and it's very hard in winter managing without it and making do with rechargeable lanterns instead.
