Horse came in this morning after hooning round, and tonight he has significant soft tissue swelling on RF from fetlock to mid way up lower leg, in front of the tendon - where a windgall would be. Most noticeable on the outside. Was expecting serious lameness but he's barely lame (seems not quite right but not really noticeably lame). Noticeably hotter than the other.
Could this be a tendon sheath injury? Seems too much swelling to be a tendon injury with so little lameness but
