Does your dog let it all err...hang out?

Ok so my little dog (chihuahua x jack russell) has started recently getting his little 'lipstick' out randomly when just laying on you, sitting on your lap or when he is laying near the cat!
He doesnt hump (well only toddlers so far) but he just likes it being out and its bloomin horrid - doesnt anyone else boy dogs do this?

My staffy does this rather alot, mainly when he's sat upright... not sure what it means, he's been castrated which has reduced his humping attempts into feeble ones so i'm not entirely convinced it's related to sexual urges

Yep, I have a Rhodesian Ridgeback who often does this, only when lying down or sitting upright though! xx

My Border Terrier does is sometimes if hes having a good scratch lol! Only when he sits upright.. and he has been castrated for over 10 years!

Yup, dirty little sod! He was castrated at 7 months. If he gets over-excited it makes an appearance, its enough to put you off the Y chromosone for good

My old lab x used to show everyone his wanger when he was sitting up right. He was castrated but that didn't stop him from mounting the golden retriever.

The golden retriever was also a bit of a sexual fiend as he had a soft spot for my Mum's Laura Astley cushion. He never got his willy out in public though.
